 Each item is carefully packaged, and posted by Royal Mail, signed for, 2nd class service. The cost of postage is determined by size and weight of items and is calculated at checkout.

All personalised products are made and hand painted to order and therefore I aim to complete and dispatch your order within 3 weeks. I am unable to give refunds for personalised items.

If you require your item sooner please don't hesitate to contact me, I will try my best to get it to you by the required date.

Orders can also be collected from Wilton Road Ceramics at my address in Heacham. Please email / call to arrange a collection time.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, please notify me within 48 hours of receiving the item, I will offer an exchange if the item is returned to me, at your cost, in perfect condition.

Any items that have unfortunately been damaged in transit will need to be notified to me within 48 hours of receiving the item. I will refund or exchange any damaged items. You will be asked to return the item, at your cost, before I am able to offer you a refund or exchange.
